My name is Lusabara, the founder of Agiza24.
For three years, I ran a different food delivery business. I followed the typical playbook: onboard as many restaurants as possible, build a slick app, and focus on speed. By all outside metrics, we were doing okay. But behind the scenes, the business was failing. I was burning through my life savings, gaining weight from stress, and living on the very junk food my app was delivering.

My real failure was happening in Bugando hospital room, where we were holding our father’s hand as he fought for his life against diabetes and hypertension.
